VENSYS licences: Success in the global marketplace

VENSYS wind turbines are not only built in Germany these days, but all over the world by our licensees. VENSYS turbines are now successfully connected to the grid in a dozen different countries, particularly in the important growth markets.

Goldwind has erected over 7,700 VENSYS 1.5 MW platforms and more than 100 VENSYS 2.5 MW platforms in China and the USA, making the company one of the top sellers in China and the rest of the world.



EOZEN is active in Spain and Portugal. The company manufactures VENSYS wind turbines in a 21,000 m² plant in Granada, Spain. The EOZEN reference wind parks also include a 12 MW wind farm in Portugal featuring eight VENSYS 1.5 MW/77 turbines.

With more than 500 wind turbines installed and full order books, ReGen Powertech is one of the major manufacturers of gearless wind turbines in India.



IMPSA Wind is one of the market leaders in Brazil, having installed over 200 wind turbines there.



The Egyptian state-owned company AOI - Arab Organization for Industrialization - is our latest licensee (2010) and will be developing Africa's most important market.
