Wu Gang (chairman)
As a qualified engineer (Masters degree at the Dalian Institute of Technology), Wu Gang is one of the co-founders of China's modern wind industry and has been active in the sector for more than 20 years. He received the “World Wind Energy Award” in 2006 and he is also CEO of Xinjiang GoldWind Science & Technology Co. Ltd. as well as president of Goldwind Science & Technology Co. Ltd. in addition to his position as chairman of the supervisory board at VENSYS.

Hugo Denker (deputy chairman)
Hugo Denker trained as a banker and has been active in the wind energy sector for more than 20 years. During his time as branch manager of Commerzbank Brunsbüttel, the bank became Germany´s major financier of wind parks at the time. Denker was co-founder of Denker & Wulf AG, a leading wind park developer in Germany. He is also a member of the supervisory board at Denker & Wulf AG in addition to his position as deputy chairman of the supervisory board at VENSYS.
